COURSE in CLIMATE CHANGE: December 12th was the 5th anniversary of the Paris Agreement on climate change. Parties to this UN agreement commit to limiting global temperature increases to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels. But action so far is not promising for us to achieve this goal.
